Braids with Extensions

‘Braids are not just a style, this craft is a form of art’

We recommend braids to stay in for no longer than 8 weeks.

A healthy maintenance routine is required whilst you have your braids.

1)      Moisture, Moisture, Moisture! Keep your scalp moisturised to prevent itchiness and build-up of any other product being used.

2)      Wash your hair once a week without tipping your head over the bath! Use a clear shampoo which will leave any residue invisible. But please do your best to rinse thoroughly!

3)      Night Care – Wrap it up! Wear a satin bonnet/head scarf. This will help your braids maintain tidy and frizz-free.

Box Braids

We offer a variety of box braid styles. We use only the best hair products such as Cantu and Keracare to style. We offer maintenance advice to our clients to ensure the best aftercare is given to the braids for long-lasting results. 

Consultations are advisable if you suffer from alopecia or have fine hair to ensure that box braids are the best option.

1.      Fulani Braids £85.00 – Known for its use of hair jewels and beads as well as its trademark of looped braids on either side over the ears.

What hair do I buy? Synthetic Xpression (pre-stretched) brand hair works perfectly for braids as the hair will remain braided with no need for further styling. The hair is typically packaged in bundles.

2.      Crochet Braids £90.00 – Your braids will be installed with a crochet needle (hook) individually onto the cornrow tracks.

What hair do I buy? Please do not bring a weft. Your extensions must be ready made in their individual braid strands ready for installing.

3.      Goddess Braids £110.00 – Our luxurious goddess braids are a combination of plaited braids with curly strands left out to give a unique, stylish look.

What hair do I buy? Xpression – for the braids / Water Wave or Freetress – for the curly leave out strands.

Please bring (pre-stretched) hair.
